Male Breast Reduction Photos - Case #2377

This 26-year-old male desired bilateral reduction of his gynecomastia of the chest that was present since childhood. He underwent bilateral reduction of gynecomastia surgery with removal of breast tissue and periareolar skin excision. He later underwent additional skin tightening with the same incisions. He is shown three years after his primary treatment. The patient says that this summer he went to the beach and swimming pools for the first time in nineteen years because he is no longer self-conscious about his chest.
